At last month’s Staff Equalities Network, we shared actions we have identified in our Antiracism Plan for 2023, and highlight key areas which will provide a framework through which we can begin to identify where inequality exists within our organisation. We are also looking forward to spotlighting some of the steps we can take in the coming year to improve the experience for colleagues working across the organisation.
