The Palliative Care Physiotherapy Service runs on a Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday by a specialist physiotherapist.

Palliative care is particularly focused on cancer care although advice can be sought regarding other neurological and life limiting conditions.

Patients can be seen in their own home, in clinical settings or at the Oaks.

Patients are referred by Community Macmillan Nurses, GPs, hospital consultants, physiotherapists, district nurses and any member of the multi-disciplinary team.
