The Pharmacist attends the unit on a rotational basis. The pharmacist may suggest ways to overcome or deal with medication problems. The pharmacist will liaise with the patient's GP, community pharmacist, practice pharmacist or MacMillan nurse if required. Individualised patient information may be provided.
