Drugs Awareness workshops / presentations for staffThis informal workshop is interactive and raises awareness of the main messages of Healthy Eating - eating more fruit and vegetables, and reducing fat, sugar and salt in a sustainable, varied diet. Used in conjunction with increased physical activity, employees soon begin to feel the benefits of improving health at work.
Individual stress management workshop
Learning Outcomes:
The physical, psychological and behavioral signs and symptoms together with the psychological response. Practical techniques for reducing stress including lifestyle advice, thinking skills and relaxation methods.
We offer a general physical activity workshop lasting approximately one hour which covers the benefits of physical activity and exercise to a healthy body.
